Green Lantern
The Summer of 2011 has its share of superhero films and Green Lantern is one that is on the tops of a lot of lists to be seen. Myself being a fan of Green Lantern growing up I was really looking forward to seeing what they would bring to the big screen.
I will have to say my first initial thoughts after the first trailer were I was a little scared....it looked like maybe they were gonna go more for pulling the mainstream audience and make a crappy film. I was happy as more trailers were released I saw more and more that was making the geek inside happy and giving me hope that we were in store for a good film.
So what did I think? Did it suck? Did they do a good job bringing Green Lantern to the big screen? Lets check out the trailer and my thoughts.....

Of course this was all a promotion for the new Green Lantern movie hitting theaters on June 17th but it was a kool little package to receive and geek out to on a Friday afternoon. Thanks to all involved for sending it my way! I will wear the ring with honor!

I am a big Green Lantern fan and have really been looking forward to the movie. I must say after seeing the trailer I was a little meh. Maybe with some more trailers and scenes popping up I will feel a little better. I just dont want the movie to suck.

I can’t get a feel for the costume here, it looks a little too Spider-Man-like, I need to see it move.

My New Geeky Wallet From Comic Wallet
So I have been thinking of getting a new wallet and was like hey I want to get something geeky and thats when i found Comic Wallet.
Now I cannot think of something more geeky then a wallet that is made out of comic books and with Comic Wallet that is what you get.
They have all kinds of options from Batman and Green Lantern to Iron Man and Thor.
I went with a Green Lantern one....here is a little info and some images of the one I purchased.
This is a wallet made from the cover of Green Lantern Rebirth 6. It features the cover graphic on the front of the wallet with Kyle, John and Hal on the inside.
