Pretty cool how this is playable in FF. Did you do anything special to make that happen or does Utterli always include the mp3 link when it does the autopost to your blog?

that's how they show up on FF. does the same with my utterli posts and I didn't do anything special to set it up that way.

I wonder why they changed their name. They didn't want to be associated with milky cow breasts with utterz?

I posted an Utter here once and it just came in like a regular blog post or something. That's why I never went back. Maybe I did something wrong. That embedded player rocks, though.

from their blog "the Utterz identity was limited in scope and appeal, inhibited some new customer adoption and interfered with some key business discussions." although i've had the account for ages, i just last week added it to my feed so maybe they've done something different. haven't been able to get it to post correctly to my blog though. that bugs me but i like the ease of sending a post via phone.

I checked my old utterz that ended up here. Phone calls come out as audio. Surprisingly, text utterz come out as audio too with text-to-speech. Videos aren't embedding though.

Well, I'm an oddity, I don't have a phone, but I was still interested in sending audio micro-blogs rather than text.

Ya it's nice to send a live audio or webcam post straight from the browser. It's great with various types of media.

yeah i had an account from a long time ago...saw they had changed their name and i also had a bunch of new people following me so I thought I would check it out again. pretty kool it embeds the audio.
